Taste
The wine is an intense pale green straw colour, unoaked and pure, similar to a Chablis.
In the glass it is clear and limpid with a pleasing viscosity giving a rich mouth feel. It has an elegant backbone of steely acidity, very pure, vinous with citrus and apple notes, and its own unique herb and slightly salty finish. A wine to savour and drink over the next few years.
An excellent food wine, a great alternative to Chablis.
